How to annotate object?

In cad software we have “amdetal” command to annotate small objects or many details. In Rhino can we do it like that?

I’m afraid I have no idea what you are referring to. Can you clarify what you are trying to do. Perhaps upload a small 3dm file that illustrates the issue?
