How to adjust thickness

I have this cup that when printed is way too thin. Is there a simple way making the wall thicker by 1mm, by shrinking the ID of the cup?

one simple way will be to:

  1. select the OD surfaces join them, and delete the rest.
  2. Cap
  3. shell with the required thickness

another way if you want is to just draw a curve for the profile with desired thickness and revolve,

  1. DupEdge
  2. offset + rebuild to [degree 3, with 9 points was good] if you want the curve to be simpler]
  3. arcBlend to make a nice rim and join or polyline if you need the strait section
  4. revolve
