How to add UV points to mesh?

So I made this mesh using a grasshopper script using Kangaroo 2, but it doesn’t have any UV points, so now I can’t texture it using VRAY.

Is there a way to add those UV points in either the script process or once I have the mesh?

Hello - you can add mapping to the object - in Properties > Mapping page.
