How I can find octopus screen?

Hi!

I am working for optimization problem and trying to implement octopus.
Referring to following youtube, I tried to follow tutorial.
It seems that this tutorial is using Genome Fitness, but even though I double click Genome Fitness, Cannot reach to following screen.Could anyone tell me how I can find following screen?
