How do you edit an existing UV Map?

Making some progress with materials and UV mapping… can someone point me at the command to edit a UV map you already created in the UV Editor? Every time I click it, it wants me to redraw the boundaries of the UV space. How do I make the one I already created appear with all my modified meshes?


i´ve asked for a command option to unwrap the last picked rectangle long time ago. Meanwhile you might create a button macro which does the picking for you:

! _-UVEditor Pause w0,0,0 w20,20,0

the two coordinates are the pick points of the UV rectangle.
