How do I remove duplicate points from the geometry

So first I used a polygon command to create a base triangle, then I moved it after scaling. After that I used Exlpode command to create vertices on these triangles. Why do duplicate points exist on each triangle in the first place and how can I remove them?

Hi -

Because the polycurves are closed - the start and end points are the same.

You can use the Cull Duplicates component:
