I have never modeled anything that organic in its shape before.
Is it possible in Rhino?
yes you can. you have to practice with single surfaces and play with control point editing.

Hi @pauline1, another way would be to create a 3D scan from the physical object and use PlugIns like RhinoReverse to create a curve network and let it build the surfaces…
