How do i make the marked area a solid?

Hi i am still learning Rhino, how do i make the base marked area a solid? Now it’s hollow and i want it to be solid as i will be putting a rod in.

By the way, i draw it as a cross section and revolved it followed by offset surface.

Either

• create an open curve (red) that have both ends exactly on the revolve axis, and this will create a closed solid with no holes in the center. (and you can make an hole with a boolean later)
• or create a closed curve (blue) that do not touch the revolve axis, and this will create a closed solid with a hole in the center

@Trevor5 A “solid” in Rhino is represented by a closed surface enclosing a volume.
