How do I edit, delete lights in rendering

I can’t seem to figure out how to display a list of the current lights in rendering so that I can either delete, or edit them.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have attached a screen shot of the object with the light along with my current display settings.

Thanks,

Kent

Hi Kent - that ‘skylight’ light is from the current environment. If what you want is to have the light but not the reflection of the light in the piece (?), then you can set a different environment for reflection (Rendering panel). The intensity of the light from the evironment can be set there as well… You can turn it off altogether and use your own lights added in Rhino - Spotlight, RectangularLight, etc.

Thanks Pascal,

On a side note… just some customer feedback…

I don’t know if its my imagination, but the rendering features in version 8 seem to be a huge improvement… ( don’t get me wrong… I’m not saying the previous versions were bad ) but I am a total rookie when it comes to working with the rendering, and I’m now finding that I use it nearly on every project , including for creating my online store product images verses taking photos with a camera.

So hats off to you all for this huge improvement.
