How do I create coloured crystals or gems in Rhino 7?

Hello All,

Does any one know I can create coloured gems or crystals in Rhino 7?

I’ve created the shape for them but whenever I go to add the materials and select ‘gem’ - I can’t see a colour to add - Am I missing something?

Any help anyone can give would be welcomed.

There are a couple of gems you can choose between. The different types have their typical colors.

If you want to tweak the colors afterwards change the type of the Gem material to Physically Based. Don’t touch any of the other settings, but feel free to change the base color. You can change the IOR if you need a different value than what is used at the moment.
