perhaps a viable option is to adjust seams of the curves? Seems less difficult than rotating them?

thing is: the curves are rotated and need to be rotated back around the point in the file with an unknown angle

Here I need some “jumping” curves to be rotated back to have a uniform loft surface.

yeah my apologies, totally misread and approached it wrong!
…just saw that the file I used was @Gijs 's already corrected file :rofl: and that you were trying to rotate back.

Until now I can apply your rhino code :). The Galapagos component is amazing. However, the loop is still a problem.
