How can I set up a layer structure for every rhino startup?

Hello everyone,
I am new to rhino 7 and I am trying to have a standard layer structure for rhino, so when I start rhino I get the same layers I set up.
Is there a setting for that, so i dont have to create the same layers over and over again. Is there a way to export a layerstructure and have that imported automatically in every new rhino drawing?

You can setup a template file that will always open at start.
