Hi @ni.ku,
First, you are actually joining plane surfaces, not planes.
Then, you need to use the Merge component, not the Addition one. Addition is just for maths.
(You could also plug all three surface wires directly into the Brep Join, holding down Shift when you connect the second and third. But using Merge is better practice because it makes obvious to the viewer the order in which the wires are connected.)
