How can I get cleaner intersections in Grasshopper?

Hi everyone, I’m new to Grasshopper — I’ve been learning for about two weeks through tutorials.

I have a question: the intersections I’m trying to create aren’t coming out clean, or at least not the way I’d like them to. I’ve tried using some plugins and different approaches to get a cleaner result, but I haven’t found a decent solution yet.

If anyone in the community could point out what I might be doing wrong or suggest a better way to achieve cleaner intersections, I’d really appreciate it!

I’m translating with a translator, sorry if it’s hard to understand
Thanks a lot in advance :folded_hands:

I would give a try to help you. But please help us first by providing a simple example of your files. I downloaded en tried to open them and they crashed Rhino here.
So please files NOT using extra plugins (I do not want to install extra plugins, what need to be removed afterwards).
And just use a part of your design. Now it takes several minutes to do just one calculation run.

Sorry, I had used the Flexibility plugin for a part, but I changed it and also reduced the surface area.
