Hovering over icons= no descriptive text

In the 1.9.2018 WIP does not show what icon description is . Thanks Mark
Some show, while others not.

this seams to be fixed in the latest Beta from 12. Jan.

Hi All- this was fixed-not-quite and re-fixed a couple of times - I just tested another part of the fix that will be in the next RC. I think it’s set now.
