Hops 0.16.23 (probably also 0.16.xx) not working on Flask API

For Hops newest version v0.16.23 when starting Grasshopper, I got this error.
Loading old scripts that listen to HTTP server doesn’t work anymore.

Tried v0.16.20 and above, not working either.

Tried v0.16.19, works.

So there must be something introduced in the 0.16.20 version.

Is there a way to stop Hops to be automatically updated to the newest version?

I downgrade it to 0.16.15, but every time I restarted Rhino, it will always be upgraded to the newest version… which always create the above issue…
