Honeybee Non Planar surface

Hi, I’m currently new with ladybug and honeybee and I’m trying to set up my first model following a tutorial by Chris Mackey. Whenever I set up the model based on his provided geometry, or any other I define myself, I get the following error:

  1. The simulation has not run correctly because of this severe error:
    ** Severe ** CheckConvexity: Surface=“ZONE_1_SRF_2” is non-planar.
  2. The simulation has failed because of this fatal error:
    ** Fatal ** GetSurfaceData: Errors discovered, program terminates.

which doesn’t allow me to receive the results for all the zones.
How can this error be solved in order to fix the model?

I’m currently running all latest versions of the background software for Honeybee (Energy+, radiance, etc).

Well I think you may encounter the same problem with me and I guess your Rhino default unit is Milimeter. As for me change it to Meters and the simulation goes fine.
