Honeybee- Changing Surface Program

Hi, I am trying to run some analysis on honeybee. I have successfully ran simulation, but I am getting these errors:

  1. The simulation has not run correctly because of this severe error:
    ** Severe ** Problem in interior solar distribution calculation (CHKBKS)
  2. The simulation has not run correctly because of this severe error:
    ** Severe ** DetermineShadowingCombinations: There are 6 surfaces which are casting surfaces and are non-convex.

I thought it would be great to have accurate interior solar distribution and shade information for my analysis. I also learned that the problems are caused by L-shaped massing/shapes in the rhino model. But, the thing is that the surface programs are assigned wrongly because even the exterior spaces are started to be identified as “air walls”. Any suggestions for me to fix this issue and run the simulation accurately?
