History feature keeps turning on

In Rhino WIP the history feature turns on every time I start up a new file, and it’s driving me crazy. Is there a way to keep it turned off?

If this option is not enabled and you are seeing it again on opening a new file that means your profile is not being saved. Lets run the reset command and go back to defaults.
