Position & Responsibilities

We are looking for a “Design to Fabrication” Engineer to join our team in La Rochelle.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Designing, modeling, optimizing, and analyzing tensile and inflatable membrane structures (ETFE, PVC, technical textiles, etc.)

  • Participating in testing and prototyping programs: scale models, test protocols, test reports, physical testing, and experimental campaigns

  • Acting as the link between design and fabrication, working closely with the production workshop (cutting, sewing, welding)

  • Writing technical reports, documenting results, and contributing to patent applications

  • Working closely with installation and on-site teams to ensure the feasibility of proposed designs

Profile

  • Engineering or Architecture degree

  • Advanced user of Rhino 3D and Grasshopper

  • Comfortable working in a small/medium-sized company with a high level of versatility (R&D + production + prototyping)

  • Creative, solution-oriented mindset with a strong interest in innovation

  • Autonomous while enjoying teamwork

  • Strong communication skills (technical reports, presentations)

  • Technical English is a plus
