Hightlight selected curve by showing it with thicker line?

Dear all:
already known the color of object being selected can be adjusted ,but what about the lineweight??

can we set the lineweight of the curve or other object being selected thicker as to be seen easily?

everytime I got tired finding the selected curve among huge amount curves…

Yes, this set the global linewidth thicker,
I look forward to a better solution of only setting the selected curve displaying thicker
