Hi, my surface morph isn't quite morphing and other problems

Grasshopper geniuses, I beseech thee. Yeah, the surface morph is not exactly morphing, I have a funky shape and the surface is just making a rectangle that encompasses my shape. Also, I am trying to make like 25% of lower part have the pattern, I tried to mess with the domain but there is this disgusting bar on top to make a rectangle. Finally, I am trying to cover all green outsides and I tried set multiple surfaces on the surface node(after I exploded everything) but no good. Should i split my questions into multiple posts?

  1. how do I get it in the morph in right shape?
  2. how do I do a seamless fade of the pattern?
  3. Is there a way I could morph to all surfaces or am I just going to feal with funky lines?

great, thanks so much but as soon as I put in a surface some node turn red.

the error messages were
[1. Splitting returned no results]from surface split node
[1. Data conversion failed from Surface to Rectangle] from populate geometry and [1. Insufficient points for voronoi diagram. You need at least one].

I then tried putting a 42 into the points for populate geometry, error messages:

  • [1. Data conversion failed from Surface to Rectangle] [2. Data conversion failed from Number to Point] from populate geometry
  • [1. Insufficient points for voronoi diagram. You need at least one] [2. Data conversion failed from Surface to Rectangle] from vornoi

I have redownloaded Rhino 7

For GH problem, you need to speak with files, otherwise most of the time there is no way to know what the cause is.

Okay thank you

okay so I got the mapping working but I think I need a border to get the all the center things and I can’t figure out that
