Hi everyone,
I’m currently working on Cromwell Castle on Tresco, Isles of Scilly. I’ve modelled the castle and its surrounding terrain, and I’m now trying to analyse wind and sunlight exposure on the building.
I’m aiming to achieve something similar to what’s shown in the images below. I believe Ladybug might have been used for this, but I’m not entirely sure. Essentially, I want to unroll the castle’s facade, there are two parts: the square section and the cylindrical tower.
I have attached my Rhino file so you can see what my model looks like. Does anyone have advice, a tutorial, or a Grasshopper script that could help me achieve this? I would really appreciate any guidance or resources.
