Help with Peter's Tools

I’ve loaded the plugin but can’t find the toolbar for Peter’s Tools. I’ve had if foreverbut I had to to a reset and when I reloaded the plugin I can’t figure out how to bring up the toolbar. Any thoughts?

Command _Toolbar --> File --> Open --> PetersTools.rui (where the file is)
