I am working with a client from the United States who has sent me an AutoCAD .DWG file which has a very specific projected CRS EPSG using US survey feet as units.
What will happen when I import this file into rhinoceros? Will it become distorted?
What should I do if the DWG data is very far from Rhinos world origin and I need to edit the data and re save?
Given that the original CRS is projected, will it be okay to save the file, and effectively there will be no distortion assuming I match model unit to input unit?
If I re-save the data from Rhino, is the coordinate reference system lost?
