Help with error message: "ShapeDiverGLBLoader got invalid data"

Im having some trouble with two models I’m trying to embed. Previewing the model in Shapediver works fine, but when embedding into my site I get these kind of errors: “loading of geometry failed Error: ShapeDiverGLBLoader got invalid data: material definition did not contain extensions member.”

I see in your screenshot that your application is using the version 2.18.0 of the viewer. The latest version of the legacy viewer is 2.35.0, it is the one used on the legacy platform (app.shapediver.com). Did you try upgrading the viewer in your application to see if it solves the issue?
