HELP! some issues with Rhinoceros installation

Hi there! I am having Rhinoceros installation problem, can anyone solves this?
btw, I am installing trial 90 days. As the screenshot shown.
Some Windows specs: Windows 8.1 pro 64bit, DirectX 11, Intel Core i7

Did you try downloading again? Maybe your download was corrupted. I think that’s the first thing I would try.

Thank you it solved the installation problem but there is something wrong with my Rhinoceros’s interface and toolbars.

The toolbars are just super tiny, I can’t really see.
My laptop specs is
Windows 8.1
Intel core i7 64bit
DirectX 11,
Monitor: 4K
