HELP! Offset going to different direction!

Looking for a help on fixing direction of offset.
My offset is going towards random direction, and I couldn’t figure why…

I’m not quite sure, but I take a guess according to your screenshot, how about provide XZ Plane instead of XY Plane to Offset Curve?
