OG’s will recognize the cartoon reference… I’ve brought myself to a confusing mess trying to blend/fillet the details of a kitchen sink. Would anyone be willing to give advice on this matter?

without knowing you design intent, My guess is something like this
If I’m missing it, do a quick sketch over this one to show what your intent is-
I’d make sure you have space for all radii and no fillets overlap.
