It’s difficult to tell without the geometry other then the crvs in the file. My best guess is that Sweep2 surfaces ending in points were used for each section. You’re missing some crvs in the file if that’s the case.

a simple extrude from cleaned up curves could do (maybe use CurveBoolean), and solidpt adjustment for example for the curvy surface on top which would be the fastest way.
