Every time I try to open it I get this message and then nothing appears in the grasshopper window, anyone know what could be causing this.

As is stated, Peacock_v0.99.1_Data-Components.gha caused this. You probably need to unblock everything.
Where did you get that? That version of peacock are userobjects (.ghuser), not a compiled plugin (.gha).
