Why do you need it to be a closed polysurface?
If it is just for rendering, you could try loosening your file absolute tolerance in file>settings. I haven’t checked the gaps between the surfaces though.
Also the hole you had in the bottom surface I didn’t place back.

To start with, the patch layout could use a lot of improvement - you have a surface seam across the “apex” of the blend, you should have seams at the start and end of the blend (the two upper lines I’ve added):

There should also be a break where the straight section in side view ends - the lower line I added.
