I want to create this pod-like structure with grasshopper but I am new at it. Any help please? I am a bit tight with time so I would really appreciate some help especially for the timber lattice in the upper section! Thank you!

It is a very helpful starting point, thank you sm! What I mostly need the help for is the parametric lattice in the upper section, it kind of resembles a coral design. I have been playing around with rhino but I find grasshopper to be the solution to achieve this shape. Any tips on how to create the depth in the circular shapes to resemble a wall, in short to start detailing the lattice? Sorry if my question seems easy, I have just watched a couple on videos on grasshopper therefore I have no experience on it.

Could you make an image of a simplified example of what you want to achieve? It is easier to help if you can make it more clear what you want to achieve exactly.
It could also help you to first make a section of what you want to generate by hand in rhino. That way it would also be easier for people on this forum to help you translate that into grasshopper logic.

Thank you for your reply! I extracted a part of the image to kind of show the visual of the timber lattice only, should be a half dome with the timber skeleton of a parametric shape that resembles corals? Kind of something like the image attached
