I’ve been having this problem since forever.
Sometimes Rhino just “decides” to rearrange the toolbars and it doesn’t need to be opened on a multiple monitors setup or a different PC. It just does it. On the same machine.
But yes - It mostly does it when I open a file on a different machine.
I’ve also given up on this bug as well.
May I once again call for a rework of the Rhino GUI?
