Having Problem Unrolling Surfaces Uniformly

So I am creating this parametric screen and when I orient onto the xy plane for fabrication, the last items are totally wacky. I have sorted my geoemtries but that doesn’t work. Attached are screen shots. Also included is grasshopper definition with internalized data.

You could use Align Plane.
