Having difficulties exporting in raster mode

Hi, I have created a 2D view of what I would like to print. I am using rhino 7 on a mac.

Vector works- however when I export to PDF with the raster option it just comes up blank.

Does anyone know anything about this. I’m not very techy and am getting very overwhelmed searching through google for the answer.

Please run the Rhino SystemInfo command and post the results.
This will give us a good overview of the system resources Rhino sees on your computer.
Hopefully something will show up.

Thank you so much!

I have also tried without making the model 2D- and when I export as raster it becomes tiled.

Hi Shauna -

Your hardware is not really suited to be running Rhino 7 on.
That said, I’d at least update Rhino, and, if possible on that machine, macOS.
The symptoms that you describe point at issues with the GPU. Newer versions of macOS typically fix driver issues and newer versions of Rhino (currently 7 SR17) try to work around known bugs in those drivers.
