Have problems creating branches in an attractor of a custom geometry

Hello,

So I am doing an attractor of a custom geometry and I’m able to do the attractor commands of scaling and rotating. However I can’t seem to create branches of the attractor condition using a custom geometry. I have no problems when I use a square or circle. Attached are screen shots of the steps in order showing when I have run into a problem. Also Attached is definition with curve internalized. Thanks.
