Hatches not appearing in 8 Mac

I draft for my business in Rhino and use hatches for plan rendering, and they look great.

But i have been having this issue a few times where the the hatching command proceeds normally but a hatch does not result, even though its previewed.

I never know when its going to happen, but sadly, with a big deadline, its decided to happen today!

Any fixes for this? I searched and couldn’t find anything

Worked it out: if you have multiple drawings open, even though the command starts in one drawing/window, it can be trying to complete in another one if they are close to each other.

The answer is: stop multitasking!
