Hatch Covering Lines (only after printing)

Hello,

Attached are two screenshots, one of the actual sheet layout in Rhino and one of the pdf. For some reason, in Rhino, the hatch appears below the lines as it should - but after printing (both to pdf and directly to a printer) the hatch appears to cover the lines.

We have tried all of the send to back, bring to front, and clear draw order commands - and have also tried printing using different drivers (Adobe, Bluebeam, and Rhino) and as mentioned, this also happens when sending directly to a printer. We also tried placing the hatch layer at the bottom of the layer list.

One thing to note: the linework is a linked rhino file into our sheet file - using “linked” and “active” options.

Any thoughts on how to get the linework correct?

Thanks

Hi Austin -

There are many variables at play here. Could you post (a simplified version of) your 3dm file and the print settings that you used?

Hi Wim,

Here are the files - upon opening today, the problem slightly changed, now the viewport and actual pdf are not showing the hatch underneath the lines.

It may have something to do with the embedded pictures we have under the floor plans - if I turn those off, it seems to work as it should. When the pictures are visible, the ordering of hatch, picture, and linework stops working as expected.

Thanks,

Austin
