"Hardware Error"-Message in Rhino 5

Some Users of us get an Error-Message in Rhino 5 (64bit) when they save Files from Rhino to the File-Server.

They are different Users working on different Computers, the File-Server has enough space left, also the local Computer.

What could be the problem?

All Users work with Windows 10, 1607 and 1703. (all x64)

If they save the Files locally to the Desktop and then copy them through Windows Explorer to the Server, no Problem exists.

Is it possible for you to post a screen capture of the error dialog? What service release of Rhino 5 are they using? (Help -> About)
