Can you please help me to handle the issue with hairline thickness while printing to PDF. I have no difference betweeen hairline and 0.1. Please tell me if I miss something?

How are you determining that?
You didn’t attach your PDF, so I can’t check that. When I print your file to PDF, the orange curve on the “walls” layer becomes 0.2 mm; the green curve 0.13 mm; and all other curves 0.08 mm.
0.08 mm is the thinnest you can get anything to be when exporting to PDF from Rhino.
