Hi - This is not something that we are seeing on other systems and not something that will disappear by itself.
How about in Rhino 6?
Even though you are running with updated drivers, a Windows update might have messed with those and could result in something that you are seeing on your system.
I would try to completely uninstall all GPU drivers and then install the very latest.

Make sure to include step 4 of the uninstalling process!
