I’m not quite sure what you are looking for here? Online editing of 3D files or how to best receive files? If it’s the first, and you don’t have a Rhino license already, your best bet is to download the evaluation version, which is functional for 90 days. There’s no online options for editing Rhino files directly. Alternatively you could have them export as stp and try out Onshape or similar online CAD. If it’s merely sending files, just use mail - or if it’s a big file, something like WeTransfer. You need to give us more detail about what you are trying to do and what’s stopping you.
