Grasshopper Tooltip disappeared

Hei,

I am facing an issue with my grasshopper: The Tooltip window doesnt show up anymore (See example picture below taken from a coworkkers machine).

I have tried adjusting the Tooltips Wiggle radius, restarting Rhino and restarting my computer, no luck so far.

I did find also some old posts about alt+Tab mathod or finding the Tooltip in teh task manager but couldnt find that anymore in my system.

Any ideas?
