Hi,

I have a problem with match tree input values. I couldn’t equalize the inputs. Can someone help please ?

Hi @Hatice_Nur_Bülbül ,

Can you please be more specific? What do you mean by “equalize the inputs”

Your data structure is aligned:

The match tree has an error ‘’ 1. Input trees must have equal number of paths ‘’ I can’t continue to work on the command line. Is there a way to fix that warning so I can complete the ramp? Thank you so much

As you can see in my snip, when I opened your file I did not have that error.

However, it means that you need to ensure you have the same branch path numbers so for example a data tree structured like this:

{0;1;1}

{0;1;2}

and this:

{0}

{1}

{2}

{3}

would not work because you have 2 branch paths in the first and 4 in the second.

However,

this:

{0;1;1}

{0;1;2}

{0;1;3}

{0;1;4}

and this:

{0}

{1}

{2}

{3}

Would work since you have 4 branches in each tree.

Anyways, here’s a definition that creates a 2 boundary curved ramp and has some additional optional logic to check for head clearance:

Maybe this will help,

Cheers!

Thank you so much for your help. One last question, in my draft I was checking the ramp slope from panel on multiplication. With your command line where can I chance and learn the slope

Hi @Hatice_Nur_Bülbül , are you referring to this bit of logic?

Yes, this one. Does this logic work on the command line you created and how? I need to try different slope options and know the exact slope.

Here’s an added function to handle that formula and preview the result:

I’m using your ramp centerline for slope evaluation FYI

Thank you so much, this works much more better for me. Have a nice day
