I’m an architect student and the next semester I will design a tower or skyscraper so I think that I have to learn parametric design, so is the plugin grasshopper is easy to learn in just a month or even less.
and if not which software should used instead

Go for Grasshopper - either you make it or you won’t. But the same could be said for any other software.
In any case, Grasshopper is always a worthy candidate. By some considered being the best for parametric design.
You alternative to not being able to learn the software in time (goes for any software) is to do it all by hand…
