Hello, I’m learning how to implement grasshopper on a project. How do my design to look like the second picture? what sequencing would I do?

You selected the Surface component which contains the untrimmed Brep surface on which the Voronoi structure is built. To show the Voronoi structure select either the Voronoi cluster component or the Geometry component.
To see the actual composition of the Voronoi cluster, right click on it and select Edit Cluster. There are a bunch of GH components inside there that create the Voronois structure:
