I was just reminded about this 11 years old plug in.
Forked it and asked ai to rewrite it for NET8, and add some features. Amazing stuff, works great, try it.

Yeah snapping to curves and points. to provided geometry from grasshopper. Wiring it to all rhino geometry/ all gh geometry is a complex task. Also no projections/intersections snapping

Between this and telepethy2, you are on a role! By the way, this seems to only be available on the WIP and not Rhino 8.
