Rhino is asking me to confirm my login before launching, and I see this screen first.
But then when I press allow I got redirected to the link with localhost:
https://localhost:1717/?code=eyJhbGciOi…
And eventually I can’t launch rhino. Can you help please?
This looks like chrome. You need to make sure connections to localhost are allowed.
The question here is if localhost:1717 is the right address? Shouldn’t it be McNeel address?
This didn’t help: chrome://flags/#allow-insecure-localhost
The localhost:1717 is where the authentication process redirects to after you’ve signed in to your rhino account. Here the result is communicated to your Rhino instance.
Fiedler is displaying this:
HTTPS handshake to localhost (for #134) failed. System.IO.IOException The handshake failed due to an unexpected packet format
I had the same support case today.

The default web browser was Edge. The three websites above could be accessed. Proxy was disabled. Rhino did run on the computer before. The problem appeared a few days ago.
I fooled around on the computer in a remote session for a while. In the end, resetting Edge fixed the problem. Before Resetting Edge, Chrome had the same problem. I don’t understand why.
