Hello everyone I want to tween between these consecutive surfaces but gradually or control the surface importance between the top and bottom surface.

I think you are using the wrong Pufferfish component to do that
I have rebuild your surface with a reasonable amount of control points so you can preview the transformation without freezing GH constantly:
keep in mind that in the Normalized domain space [0, 1] your surface that represents the “0.5” position is here, like this:
